Sign ups for Olivarry Secret Santa 2017 are now open!

Thank you, everyone, for your interest! Due to popular demand, we’ve decided to switch things up a little bit this year and run a Secret Santa event in place of our usual December event!

What does this mean?

Instead of our usual prompted events, this year will be an exchange. Everything will still be posted here for everyone to view, but it will have a personal touch!

Great! What do I need to do?

To participate, you need to sign up by the deadline. Sign-ups are open from today and close on November 17th, 2017.

You can sign up for the Secret Santa by filling out [t his form].

Sign-ups for pinch-hitters will open after normal sign-ups close. Pinch-hitters are the saviours that will be available to step in last-minute if someone drops out without getting a gift in return.

An admin will let you know when your application is received.

You will know who/what your assignment is by November 19th, 2017. Again, you will be contacted by an admin.

There will be a check-in between December 1st-3rd to make sure that people are still participating.

Gifts are due on December 15th at the latest.

Gifts will be posted between December 24th-26th.
